Working as a Civil Engineer in the private and public sector, he was involved in the design or review of more than one thousand civil engineering projects. As a project manager in the private and public sector, he successfully managed and completed numerous design projects. The responsibility included scheduling, budgeting and overseeing the design of private developments and roadway projects.
